We stock and ship from within Canada, which means your order clears no border, sits in no customs queue and typically arrives in one to three business days. Everything we sell is held in temperature-controlled inventory and dispatched cold-packed under tamper-evident seal.

Every lot we carry arrives with a third-party analytical report covering peptide content, HPLC purity and endotoxin, and the lot number printed on the label matches the lot number on the report. Those analyses were commissioned by the manufacturer that supplies our material, not by us, and we publish them in full on our Lab Results page rather than asking you to take our word for it.

We select lots on their documentation. If a report does not support what a lot is being sold as, we do not stock it, we do not discount it, and we do not blend it into anything else. That standard costs us stock regularly, and it is the reason researchers keep reordering.
