Terms of sale

1. Research use only

All products sold by Millennium Biolabs are supplied strictly as chemical reference material for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified persons. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, veterinary products or medical devices.

Nothing on this website is medical advice, and we do not provide dosing, administration or protocol guidance for use in humans or animals. By placing an order you confirm you will not administer, resell for administration, or otherwise use the material in or on humans or animals.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 19 years of age and legally able to enter into a contract in your province or territory of residence to place an order. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders where the intended use appears inconsistent with these terms.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars. We ship within Canada only, to Canadian delivery addresses. Prices, promotions and stock availability may change without notice; the price applied is the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Payment is made by Interac e-Transfer. Placing an order reserves stock for 24 hours. If the transfer is not received within that window the order may be released. Your order is accepted only once payment has cleared and we have confirmed it by email.

Order totals, shipping charges and promotional discounts are recalculated on our server from the published catalogue at the time of ordering.

4. Shipping and title

Orders are dispatched from within Canada. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address you supply; title passes once payment has cleared in full. You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address provided.

5. Documentation and specifications

Purity figures, batch codes and specifications are drawn from third-party analytical reports for the relevant lot. Certificates of analysis are supplied for verification purposes only and are not a representation of safety, efficacy or fitness for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of research data, results or opportunity.

You are solely responsible for handling, storing, labelling and disposing of research material in accordance with the laws and safety requirements that apply to you.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
