How fast do orders ship within Canada?

Orders placed before 2 PM ET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Xpresspost delivery is typically 1–3 business days depending on province, and every parcel is tracked and discreetly packaged with no product names on the exterior.

Do you ship outside Canada?

Accepted Answer

No. We currently ship within Canada only and cannot accept orders to the United States or any other country. Every order must have a Canadian delivery address.

How should I store lyophilised material?

Keep unopened vials at -20 °C and protected from light. Lyophilised peptides are stable for years under those conditions. Store all material in a clearly labelled research-use container, away from food and consumer products.

Do you provide reconstitution volumes, dosing or protocol guidance?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not provide reconstitution volumes, dosing, administration, protocol or cycle guidance for any product, in any channel. Our products are laboratory reference material for in-vitro research and are not for use in humans or animals, so questions of that kind fall outside what we can answer.

Are your certificates of analysis independent?

Each lot we stock is accompanied by a third-party analytical report covering peptide content, HPLC purity and endotoxin, matched to the lot code printed on the label. Those analyses were commissioned by the manufacturer that supplies our material, not by Millennium Biolabs, and we publish them on our Lab Results page rather than summarising them.

What payment methods do you accept?

Interac e-Transfer. Your order reserves stock for 24 hours, and we confirm by email once the transfer has cleared. Institutional purchase orders can be arranged for universities and registered laboratories on request.

Can I order in bulk or request a compound you don't list?

We source bulk quantities and compounds outside our catalogue for laboratories and academic groups. Send your specification, required purity and quantity through our contact page and we'll quote within one business day.

What is your research-use-only policy?

Accepted Answer

Everything we sell is supplied as chemical reference material for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified persons. Our products are not drugs, foods, supplements, cosmetics or medical devices, none carry a Drug Identification Number, and none are authorized for human or veterinary use. Orders that indicate an intent to administer the material are cancelled and refunded. Our full position is on the compliance page.

What if a vial arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

Photograph the parcel and vial and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We replace damaged or compromised material at our cost, including shipping.
