In-stock lots are dispatched same or next business day, sealed and tracked, with the lot analysis published on our site.
Dispatch times
Orders paid before 2 PM ET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders paid after that, or on a weekend or holiday, go out the next business day. Your order is only dispatched once your Interac e-Transfer has cleared.
Rates and delivery
Shipping is $19.99 flat rate by Canada Post Xpresspost, and free on orders over $200.00. Delivery is typically 1–3 business days within Canada depending on province.
We ship within Canada only. We do not currently ship to the United States or internationally, and orders with a non-Canadian delivery address will be cancelled and refunded.
Every parcel is tracked, and the tracking number is emailed to you on dispatch. We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control, but we will always help you chase a parcel that has stalled.
Packaging
Parcels are discreet with no product names or descriptions on the exterior. Temperature-sensitive material is cold-packed and everything ships under tamper-evident seal.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Photograph the parcel and the vial and email us within 48 hours of delivery. If material arrives damaged, compromised or is not what you ordered, we replace it at our cost, including shipping.
Returns
Because these are research chemicals whose integrity depends on unbroken cold-chain and seal, we cannot accept returns of opened, used or unsealed vials, and we cannot resell returned material.
Unopened vials with the tamper-evident seal intact may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product value less shipping, provided you contact us first for a return authorisation. Bacteriostatic water and free promotional items are non-returnable.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel any order that has not yet been dispatched for a full refund, returned by Interac e-Transfer to the address you paid from. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of approval.
Lost parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation. Confirmed lost parcels are replaced or refunded in full at your choice.
